Do you charge sales tax

Under new federal law, sale tax will be applied to all orders. You will be able to preview your estimated taxes and shipping charges when you view your cart before placing your order.

What credit cards do you accept

Can I place an order over the phone

No, unfortunately at this time, we are not able to process orders over the phone.

How do I know if an item is in stock

Item availabilty is found at the top right of our product page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed on the next business day and shipped weekdays Monday through Friday via the shipping method selected during checkout. Primarily we ship Federal Express (FedEx) or United States Parcel Service (USPS). If the items are in stock, the normal processing time is 3-5 business days.

You will be given the option to ship Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day (Express Shipping), Ground or USPS. The additional costs to upgrade your shipping will be calculated for you at the time of checkout.

If a product is on backorder, an email notification will be sent containing additional information including backorder delivery dates.

How do I return an item?

All merchandise purchased from Soccer Village may be returned either to a store or by mail within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted. Merchandise must be returned unworn, with original packaging, price tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns will be refunded in the form of credit back on credit card, store credit, or company check. You can also exchange the item for a different size.

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order as long as the item has not been received or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call one of friendly customer service representatives for return instructions.

Can I return personalized items?

Any personalized or customized items will not be returned for any reason other than a manufacturer defect.
