Shipping & Delivery Information

The shipping information below pertains to orders placed on our retail website, If you need information regarding an order placed on Team Hub, send an email to or call 1-800-483-2690, option 1. 

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible; however, all orders are subject to availability of merchandise. Backorders will be shipped as soon as manufacturers can supply. If the items are not in stock or are on backorder, we will notify you by email at the email address given on the order. You will be given the option of substituting or cancelling your item. 

Primarily we ship Federal Express (FedEx) or United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS options include Retail Ground, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. FedEx options include Standard Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver (3-Day), and FedEx Home Delivery/Ground. The additional costs to upgrade your shipping will be calculated for you at the time of checkout.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. However, due to current shipping and global supply chain issues, this may take longer. Upgrading your shipping method only expedites the transit time once your package has left our warehouse. Every order has a processing time.

Once your item(s) ship, the standard shipping time depends on the shipping method and delivery address. Please refer to the map for estimated transit times and also the Delivery Time Examples below. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order as well as an email when the order ships that includes tracking number.

  • USPS RETAIL GROUND DELIVERS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY; NO WEEKEND DELIVERY. Estimated transit time of 2 to 5 business days.
  • USPS PRIORITY DELIVERS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY; NO WEEKEND DELIVERY. Estimated transit time of 1 to 3 business days.
  • USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS DELIVERS 6 DAYS PER WEEK; NO SUNDAY DELIVERY. Estimated transit time of 1 to 2 days; no Sunday delivery.
  • FEDEX HOME DELIVERY/GROUND DELIVERS MONDAY THRU SUNDAY AND WILL DELIVER ON WEEKENDS. Estimated transit time of 1 to 4 days, including weekends.

International Shipping

We're very sorry, but we do NOT ship outside the continental U.S. 

Oversized Items

Large goals, PUGG goals, Kwik Goal goals, and field equipment are oversized items. Some over-sized items may be drop shipped directly from the vendor or directly from our warehouse to your shipping address. Once your shipping charges are calculated, our customer service department will contact you to confirm before your credit card is charged.

Please Note:

  • Any RUSH DELIVERY orders received after 11:00am EST Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday at the earliest. No shipping method is guaranteed. Please take into account our processing time for all orders as mentioned above. Upgrading your shipping method only expedites the transit time once your package has left our warehouse. If you have questions about when your order will ship, give us a call at 1-800-483-2690 option 2.
  • Soccer Village is not responsible for carrier delays as transit and delivery are beyond our control once items leave our warehouse. 
  • Clearance footwear orders may be shipped without a shoe box and may be shipped without the shoe bag (if applicable to the shoe).
  • Soccer Village has the option to decline any Special Orders and/or Drop Ships for product that is on Clearance/Sale.
  • Many orders for soccer balls may be shipped deflated. This helps to keep shipping costs low, which in turn benefits you.
