Associates in the RPC handle everything from processing team uniform orders and operating heat press equipment for custom logos and numbering to organizing inventory and preparing products for store distribution. By ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely fulfillment, the RPC team plays a critical role in delivering the gear players and teams rely on.

Team Processing

Team Processing is all about getting custom soccer gear ready for clubs, high schools, and colleges—from entering orders to prepping and packing them for delivery. It’s a hands-on role that focuses on staying organized, working efficiently, and making sure every order meets Soccer Village’s quality standards and deadlines.

Heat Press Operations

This position involves setting up and using heat press machines to apply custom logos and numbering with accuracy and consistency. It also includes keeping equipment in good condition, maintaining an organized workspace, entering order details, and working closely with the team to meet fulfillment deadlines.

Retail Processing

Retail processing involves receiving and organizing incoming shipments, matching purchase orders with packing slips, and preparing merchandise for delivery to Soccer Village retail stores. It also includes labeling products, completing basic data entry, maintaining quality standards, keeping the workspace safe and organized, and working closely with teammates to meet deadlines while following the Soccer Village Code of Conduct.

What You’ll Do

  • Pull materials, pack boxes, and prepare items for delivery
  • Enter order details into the system and maintain accurate records.
