Pricing and Product Information

All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other fees or charges, if applicable, are additional. We reserve the right to change or adjust prices at any time and in our sole discretion without prior notice. We are not responsible for notifying you of changes in applicable taxes or other government-imposed charges.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and product information on the Site is accurate, errors may occasionally occur due to system, typographical, or other issues. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing, product descriptions, or other information at any time.

If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to correct the price and, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the Product or cancel the Order and notify you of the cancellation. If the Product has already been shipped, you agree to either return the Product at your own expense or pay the difference between the actual price and the amount charged.

Product Availability adn Order Limitations

All Products and Services offered through the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to limit the quantity of Products that may be purchased, reject or cancel all or part of an Order, or discontinue the sale of any Product or Service.

The display of any product or service on the site does not guarantee that it will be available for purchase. Product availability and inventory levels may change at any time and without notice.

Certain Limited-Edition products may be subject to additional purchase restrictions, including limits on the quantity that may be purchased by a single customer. Any applicable restrictions will be communicated on the site during the order process. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, if the quantity purchase exceeds an applicable purchase limit.

Soccer Village reserves the right to cancel or decline orders for high value purchases or the identifications of a pricing or product description error. We reserve the right to change price and availability information without notice, as permitted by applicable law.

Taxes

Sales tax is applied in accordance with individual state regulations. Appropriate sales tax charges will appear on the order page during checkout.

In the event that you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are solely responsible for payment of all return shipping charges and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges and taxes will be billed to you in accordance with the method of payment you selected in the checkout process.

Promo Codes

Soccer Village may offer promotional codes, discount codes, coupon codes, and other promotional offers that provide a discount or other benefit when applied at checkout. Promotional codes and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to prior or completed transactions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes, and discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, web sales, sale prices, clearance items, or other discounts. This includes Team Sales, Group sales, etc.

Promotional codes are intended for individual consumer use and may not be used by resellers, wholesalers, or other commercial purchases unless expressly authorized by Soccer Village.

Promotional codes and offers are subject to their stated terms, expiration dates, and applicable exclusions. Soccer Village reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or cancel any promotional code, discount, or offer at any time. The display of an expired or discontinued promotion on the site does not create an obligation to honor the promotion.

Shipping

Charges for shipping will be shown on the order page during checkout. Please note that we do not ship to hotels or Post Office boxes. We may require a signature upon delivery of any shipment.

You agree to pay any shipping charges shown at the time you make a purchase. Shipping is handled by a third party courier. Actual delivery dates may vary. You agree that you will not obtain, or direct shipment of, a Product for export. All Products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title to and the risk of loss of such Products passes to you upon our delivery of the Product to the third party courier. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, before the order is released to the warehouse to begin processing. After this 15-minute period, the order may begin processing and we are unable to guarantee that a cancellation can be accommodate.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or via phone call.

If an order has already been sent to the carrier, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us. If the shipment has not been delivered and the carrier is able to retrieve or redirect the package, you are also responsible for any applicable retrieval and return shipping costs.

Packages Lost in Transit

Once an order has been delivered to the carrier, Soccer Village is not responsible for loss, theft, damage delay, or other issues that may occur during transit or after delivery. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly regarding any shipping-related issues.

Soccer Village does not file or manage claims with third-party carriers on behalf of customers and is not responsible for resolving carrier claims or reimbursing customers for losses, damages, theft, or delays attributed to the carrier.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided the items are in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items that have been worn during games or practices, personalized items, or items that are damaged or altered may not be eligible for return.

Please return all items in their original packaging and include all original tags, accessories, and documentation when applicable. For footwear, please place the original shoe box inside an outer shipping box or bag. Do not place shipping labels, tape, or other markings directly on the original shoe box. Returns may be refused if the original packaging is damaged./p>

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your tracking information and shipping receipt. Soccer Village is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged while in transit to us. Soccer Village does not file or manage claims with the carrier for return shipments. Any claim regarding a return shipment must be handled directly by the customer with the shipping carrier./p>

Defective Items

If you believe an item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact Customer Service before returning the item. We may request photos or additional information to determine the appropriate resolution.

Personalized Items

Personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless the personalization was applied incorrectly or the item is determined to be defective.

If a personalized item has been worn or used, it must still meet our return requirements for us to consider a return. Soccer Village reserves the right to refuse a return if the item has been used or is no longer in new and resalable condition.

Return Processing

Please allow 7–10 business days from the date your return is received for us to inspect and process the return. Processing times may be longer during periods of high return volume.

Once your return has been inspected and approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Please Note: Sending an item back does not automatically guarantee a refund. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the applicable return requirements.

Product Images

We work to accurately depict the products offered on our website. However, the color you see is dependent on your computer and computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color seen will be accurate. Products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Certain images may be enlarged to show details of the product.

Deliveries

Customers are responsible for inspecting all of the products that you receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery.

No Resale

You are not permitted to resell or otherwise use the Products or Services for commercial purposes.
